This month on “Real Pilates”  we discover the Immune systems  & the Endocrine systems. Which Pilates movements stimulate and enhance our natural defenses our energetic functions and why.

Disease and injury arise from the disruption of the energetic rhythms and cycles of the body. Real Pilates choreographs and sequences movements specifically  designed to enhance “natural energetic streams ” creating an environment of health and strength for the body to thrive in.
